A project with impact

The “Antwerp” project by the Community Land Trust Brussels (CLTB) is an affordable housing initiative located in Brussels that follows the Community Land Trust model. This model allows low-income households to purchase their homes without acquiring the land, thereby ensuring that prices remain affordable over the long term.

Brupower will install solar panels on their roof in September 2026, and CLTB Antwerp will join energy sharing in December 2026!
