As a participant to energy sharing, you receive a monthly bill from us. Hereunder you can find more information about our policy and your rights as an energy consumer.


All our terms and conditions can be found on our convention of energy sharing (FR :  NL :  ), the contract that you sign when joining our energy sharing. Below, you can find the most important aspects of this convention and some aspects that are not described in it.

​​We have set a fixed price of 11c€/kWh (before tax and fees) as energy cost. Your bill also covers the network fees, federal taxes and VAT (6%), comes to €0.28/kWh if you participate in regional energy sharing. However, the rate may be lower if you belong to a smaller energy sharing perimeter.  You can compare our pricing with the current market offer using the comparator Brusim.

​Your contract is initially concluded for a period of 1 year, this is afterwards automatically renewed for the same period. Do you wish to end your contract ? You can do so by sending as a certified letter to

​Your personal information is treated after you gave your consent to either receive our newsletter or to join our energy sharing. For this last mission, we need to use your data in order to fullfill our mission as energy sharing organizer and we share the minimal required information (for instance your name, surname and EAN code) with Sibelga, in order to follow your energy consumption. 

​This treatment of personal data complies with the GPDR regulation. If you need any further information about your personal data and its treatment, you can contact us at hello@brupower.be.
