A project with impact

We installed solar panels on the rooftop of the Vanderkindere condominium in Molenbeek, with a capacity of 11, 3 kWc. 

This former brewery marks the first phase of a three-part redevelopment project. Installed in under a weekend, the solar system significantly improves the building’s energy performance (PEB) and accelerates its transition to clean energy. Designed as a unifying project, it brings residents together while enabling local energy sharing. Electricity consumed during production hours reduces the building’s common-area energy costs by a factor of three.
